Tom Mustico, Board Member and Director
Tom's spent most of the past 30 years working in the textile business. As President of Toroja Fabrics Inc., he worked and traveled throughout Asia developing relationships and business with many textile factories and suppliers. He has a 35 year history of service in Christian Missionary efforts to countries throughout the world. After graduating with a Master of Divinity Degree from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary, Wenham MA in 1985, he served 2 years as Associate Pastor with the Christian & Missionary Alliance Church in Armonk, NY. HOE Ministries was born in 2006 from Tom's experience after teaching a course at the Evangelical Theological College in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Now as Director of HOE Ministries Inc. He is leading this ministry with the hopes and vision of reaching out to the children of this impoverished nation.
John S. Dischinger, Board Member &Treasurer
John S. Dischinger currently serves as the Director of International and Domestic Missions at Hope Church in Wilton, CT and also as a Board member and Financial Secretary for the Bridgeport Bible Fellowship Church in Bridgeport, CT. He holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Harvard University (1981) and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Boston University (1977). He currently is employed by The IBM Company as a Program Director in their Integrated Supply Chain organization. John and his wife Karen have been married for 24 years, have 2 children Meghan (22) and Matthew (19) and live in Danbury, CT.
Dan Gallo, Board Member & Fundraising & Planning
Dan is a life long entrepreneur, spending over 22 years starting and building small businesses performing marketing communications and interactive educational services for Fortune 500 companies. Over the last 25 years he’s served in churches as worship leader and teacher and helped found several para-church ministries. Since 2002 he’s been active in leading short-term missions trips to Belize through The Word at Work (www.twaw.org), of which he’s a Board Member. He’s recently changed careers in order to increase the amount of time he can spend in Christian service.
Robbie de Villiers, Board Member & Communications
Robbie de Villiers and his family emigrated from South Africa in 1988. As a graphic designer, he has gained International recognition for design excellence. In a joint project with his family, Robbie authored a series of eight children's books which are published by Random House. His design firm was founded in 1990 and specializes in corporate and brand identity communications. Robbie and his wife Dianne have 3 children and a grand daughter. Going to Ethiopia on a missions trip with the HOE team was a life transforming experience for him.
Don Stillman,Board Member & Fundraising & Planning
Don Stillman began his 35 year media career at ABC Television Network. Currently Don's company represents and develops media opportunities for leading sacred and secular broadcasters, authors, mega churches, legal advocates, pastors, recording artists, politicians and communications companies. Don and his wife Valerie are active at Hope Church in Wilton, CT. as well as in various Christian outreaches. Their 3 grown children live near Chicago, Boston and in New York City.
Raymond T. Warhola,Board Member & Secretary & Prayer
Raymond T. Warhola served as both Elder and Men's Ministry leader at Hope Church in Wilton, CT. A graduate of St John's University (1978) with a B.S. degree in Communications, he has held management positions at The Wall Street Journal and presently, Forbes magazine. For four years he lived in Hong Kong extensively traveling Asia. Ray has two children. His son Daniel (20) is a junior at the University of Richmond; his daughter Lauren is a freshman at Roanoke College.
