ACCOUNTABILITY STATEMENT

HOE Ministries is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization and your donations to HOE Ministries are tax-deductible. We understand the trust you place in HOE Ministries when you make a donation, and we are committed to effectively use donations according to your expressed preferences. For your donations to be tax deductible, please be advised that the IRS requires that contributions be made with the understanding that HOE Ministries will maintain complete discretion and control over the use of donated funds. Spending of funds is confined to Board authorized programs, projects and operations. Each restricted contribution towards an approved program or project will be used as designated with the understanding that when the need for such program or project has been met, or cannot be completed for any reason, the remaining restricted contributions designated for such program or project will be used where most needed. A small portion of contributions is used for support operations necessary to implement programs or projects.
